I don't think Josh "owned" Colbert at all. Colbert proved to be absolutely hilarious in his exchange with Josh. Josh was good and did respond like the intelligent guy he is, pointing out basic first amendment rights but Colbert was entertaining and this is his show. He made me laugh. I'd say Josh "saved face" but was not as agile or sufficiently-equipped to deal with Colbert's satirical take on right-wing media whores. I disagree. I don’t think Josh “owned” Colbert at all.
